  • Pan-Fried

    Set heat to low-medium.

    Heat a small amount of neutral cooking oil.

    Cook each side of the bacon for about 1 - 2 minutes. The bacon will burn easily if the heat is too high, so please use low-medium heat for this cooking method. Also, we find it best to use a bacon press (or any type of cast iron press) on top of the bacon to ensure even cooking.

  • Oven

    Preheat the oven to 375F.

    Once heated, cook the bacon strips for 3 - 4 minutes on a metal sheet tray.

    When ready, the bacon should have visible bubbles on the surface, and the outer corners should be crispy to the touch. The outer edges should also be a bit darker/slightly caramelized than the center of the strip.

  • Deep Fried

    The bacon cooks fairly quickly with this method.

    Heat fryer to 350F.

    Cook bacon for 10-15 second, or until bacon is crispy.
